All about me J
As apart of our inquiry
learning this term we are focussing on ‘all about me’
Room 3 are showcasing ‘their
world’ to the class in a short presentation. This is a great opportunity for
the students to get to know others in their class and be proud of who they are.
At home take photos or videos
and present your showcase in an interesting and fun way. No more than 3 minutes
long.
E.g. Imovie, Powerpoint,
Slideshow, Google slides, poster, any other way.
Include
*Your Whanau/family members
*Pets
*Best room in the house and why
*Something special to you at
home and why
*You doing your favourite thing
at home.
*Anything else interesting you
may want to share.
You can email any files if you
need. Students will also have time in class to work on this if they do not have
access to technology at home.

Take a look at this variety of sites. Our reading foci for the term are based on opinions. Important questions to ask when looking at such an EMOTIVE issue are:
What opinions do you arrive at after reading each page?
What are your reasons, based on the text?
Who is writing this?
What are they trying to make me think?
Do you agree with them?
What are their motives?
